S T R E N G T H & CONDITIONING
M / T / W / TH
This class focuses on real world, functional strength and metabolic conditioning which will assist in improving activities outside of the gym. Class starts with a strength focus, followed by a challenging interval style cardio blast.
MEN'S MOBILITY AND RECOVERY
Improve posture, flexibility, and end range mobility as well as aid in recovery through the use of myofacial release (foam rolling) techniques, stretching, and structural work. The goal being that you can tackle your outdoor and gym based activities harder and with less chance of injury.
