Striving to forge a new path, Following no one. I know it's not always going to be easy but I believe that there is a lot to learn and much to gain from "jumping" trusting that with every jump you are given wings and if not as big as you desire, you try again. Call it what you will, I call it faith. I'm not saying my way is right. Everyone needs to be true to their own convictions. I'm confident in one thing, that I'm living THE LIFE.
I want nothing to define me but the passion that burns within me.
I want to live a life that requires very little words or explanation- I want my actions to tell a story.
My classes are not premeditated but solely driven by my passion to deliver the best.
Ryan Dohnal- Strength and Conditioning
I choose this work because it is what I love. It is my belief that fitness gained in the gym should be tailored to making your life outside the 4 walls of the gym better, both physically and mentally. I moved to Telluride in 2008 to pursue passions of skiiing, biking, and hiking. Quickly thereafter I realized how benefical structured fitness programming designed to address weaknesses and build strength was to life in the outdoors. I take a wholistic approach to fitness that encompasses mobility/movement, strength, and cardiovascular health.
Nick Orloff- Yoga For Athletes and Yoga Flow
I've lived in southwest Colorado for 6 years. I've worked as a mountain bike coach, guide, and ski patroller. I started doing yoga after a serious injury as a means to recover and to re-develop my strength and balance. Yoga to me is a way to become aware and mindful of your body. It's a way to do what you love doing; better, stronger, and safer.

I am passionate about all aspects of fitness, and especially LOVE group exercise. The music, the camaraderie, the pure fun - of people coming together to be stronger - puts a smile on my face. I began leading fitness classes when I moved to Telluride in the early 90s, and feel gym workouts are a great compliment to the many outdoor adventures we embrace as mountain people. My teaching style is inclusive and challenging, where modifications are always offered. The highlight of my day is walking into Fuel, where our team leader Becca has brought together an awesome group of talented, compassionate professionals who I feel honored to work with.

I'm a 21 year resident of Telluride with a loving passion for all outdoor sports. I find drive in the mountains and use sports like skiing, hiking, biking and yoga to fuel this love. My time at Fuel is dedicated to making a stronger body and mind to pursue these activities into the future. I love to inspire others with my zest for adventure, health and fitness. Equally, I am inspired by all the members walking into fuel everyday with their varied fitness and life goals!
Stephanie Baye - Cycle Training
I moved to Telluride 29 years ago. I am extremely passionate about living and exercising in mountains. I spend all of my free time skiing, hiking, and running. I am always searching for new adventures and challenges. Soon after moving to Telluride, I learned how beneficial indoor cycling was for all the sports I loved. The music and energy is invigorating and challenging. I have energy to spare and hope to inspire others to get stronger. When i walk into Fuel I want to be the best I can everyday!
